It kinda depends on why they are stuck. Did you pull the strings too tight? If you can't release by pulling the string to the side to release the lock then you need to get on a step ladder, not a chair! and take a close look. You usually can see the little clamp holding the string in place. Pull the string away from the clamp in the proper direction to release and using a small pointed object, small screwdriver?, and try to open the clamp until you release enough tension for it to release the string. If successful then lower them in the normal way. Good luck.

I assume u mean horizontal slat blinds. OK, there should be a string (or a group of 2 - 4 strings) on either side of the blinds. If you look up, the string goes into the base through a hole that has a little wheel. Pull the string down and to one side, either left or right, until the little wheel kinda pops out a little bit, the blinds should be released and come down. Hope this helps.

I bet you raised them without having them totally horizontal. try rotating the wand to the slats horizontal position, and then do the draw cord.

should be a pull cord on left or right side......straight pull raises them.....holding the cord to left or right will unlock a cam that holds that cord tight...a slight pull to tighten and move cord to center....let go..........if you kept the box....instructions are there
