I have a magnificent life size dragon. Perced on a rock. Spread wings. Gleaming fangs. Fabulous colors. Made from resin. Ultra durable. Indoors or outdoors. I've tried to sell him but can't find the right forum.. Anyone got any ideas?

just curious, how do you know what "life size" is for a dragon???
But apart from that, sorry, doesn't sound my taste. Either ebay or the classified ads, there you could try craigslist.
