The software that it comes with doesn't work, and when I connect the phone to the computer it can't detect it. Everyone I have spoken to about this has this problem, so is there another way of getting them to my computer? And also the Emailing doesn't work...

why doesn't email work??? Have you set it up first??
you need to get the photo up then send via email - it is easy as that.
Another option is that you buy a mini printer for a Siemens - (nokia phones works via this as..) my mum bought one. It sends the image to the printer via infrared.

does it have bluetooth?if it does you can get a usb dongle chep and push the images that way,hope thats a help
