Take prenatal vitamins. Keep up a good diet. And only have sex during your most fertile time frame. Day 1 being the first day of your period. Day 14-18 is your fertile period. Tell your husband to wear boxers rather than briefs.

If you are trying to conceive, then start taking a prenatal vitamin now! You can buy them over the counter at your local discount store or pharmacy. My doctor told me that this helps because you get the vitamins, also you get the folic acid which can help prevent birth defects if taken in the first trimester, so what better way to get them to the baby than to make sure they are there the moment the munchkin is conceived! As long as you are only taking one a day, then they can't hurt, so why not try?

Yes ,it's essential to take multivitamins before you conceive! When you get pregnant where do you think the growing fetus get it's nutrients from? You! So taking vitamins and supplements before you conceive really helps you and the baby! Try adding fish oil with Omega3&6 , Caltrate calcium supplements, vitaminC&E, flaxseed oil after ovulation. You may also want to check out this site for more information on conception tryingtoconceive.com Good luck and baby dust to you!!!!!

The best vitamins you can take while TTC are the prenatal vitamins, you can get them in any store like Wal-mart, K-mart etc. Yes you can have sex all you want. It is best to have sex because you want to instead of because you have to. And if you concieve during your fertile time you will be just fine if you have sex afterwards. My husband and I had sex almost everyday until I missed my period, and I am fine. Good luck!

Folic acid is essential to prevent spina bifida in the baby. If ur getting pregnant, ask doc to prescribe these pills for you and take while trying to conceive. These prevent a rather common birth defect and need to be taken in the first weeks of pregnancy when you might not even know you're expecting.
