I found that that was happening to me when I began gaining weight. I don't know if that's the case with you also. Another thing that plays a part is what you use to shave with. Even though I've tried all sorts of shaving creams, the best thing for me is Dove bar soap and my Venus razor. And also trying not to shave every day, so that your skin doesn't get irritated. Good Luck

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful. Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged. A review of the various hair removal methods is available at

Why can't I add you as a contact? Are you too good for me or something? Anyhoo, I heard that NOT SHAVING was how babbies developed sickled cell anemia. I learned this in Bilology 121. Since I'm all smart and stuff, you can better believe this is true!

well this might sound stupid but it you before when i used a razor i had that and my mother told me to put some lemon on it and to rub my armpit with the lemon and i was like no, but then i tried it and it did work. but i suggest you use veet, it's better than shaving with a razor, if not, use a razor but afterwards use a lemon...

I use Veet underarm hair remover cream for sensitive skin and its fine :-)
I just wish they made it smell better or make it so you can use deodorant on it after.

There's nothing wrong with the dark spot. No need to lose sleep over it. :-)

I have those too.
I've learned to just deal with it. It's your armpit. Unless you're an armpit model, don't worry about it.
