Just seen walk the line, and love love LOVED it!
Does anyone know if Johnny Cash really proposed to June Carter on stage? Is there any recording/footage of it?

recording/footage....don't know! but i actually saw this happen on tv years back. FYI; june carter wasn't very pretty either. her cousin, crystal gayle was totally a babe though.

I've heard he did and that was before the movie came out.

There must be some recording of it but probably just sound and the equipment used probably wasn't the best.
