ready, get your paper.
You'll need
1 needless syringe at least 4 inches long
fresh sperm
You'll need a clean sterile container of some sort
and most importantly you need to be ovaulating.
suck the sperm into the needless syringe by pulling the lever thing up. position yourself so that your comfortable (because you'll need to stay there at least 20-30 minutes after the insemenation) make sure your in a postion where it will go down and not like...come out.
You want to insert the syringe far enough inside so that when you push the lever thing down, the semen coats the outside of your uterus. DON"T insert the syringe into your uterus.
Then take the syringe out, stay put for about 20-30 minutes. And go clean up.

Without a doctors intervention (as in a sperm bank) you have to be very careful to choose a male who is disease free or you risk your health and the health of the unborn baby.

This lady I work with is a Lesbian. And her girlfriend eerr. boyfriend whatever she is.. wanted to have a baby with her. So, her bestfriend (which is a straight guy) living with them at the time... brought them some semen and they got a syringe with a long tube on it, and put it in her (the lady i work with) she got pregnant on the first time. She was also using the ovulation monitor.

A syringe, some semen, and proper timing based on your ovulation cycle? Ask the doc if you want to know, they will tell you most likely as long as you are not a kid!

YOU can't do this at home
Sorry, it's not like using a turkey baster to shoot the sperm inside of you. Artificial Insemination is much more technical and difficult than that. Please talk to a doctor about fertility options.

U can do it the old fashion way sperm in a cup and a pipette or anything that has good suction and release
