This would be like someone with a big nose smelling beter than others with normal noses. Big noses or don't make a difference and neither would the big penis. Now as to how it effects others, thats another question.

As far as physical effects You need a good supply of blood to back it up. If you lock a lot of blood in it to keep it going you could pass out

Not at all. The function of the penis is to make the delivery of the sperm easier. That's it. Nothing else.
