i will be moving out on my own next year to another state for college, i need money for an apartment, etc. I need to know if their are places that will give loans to students out of high school loans for personal things like this. please help. no sarcastic answers please!

Well there are many options if you are attending college and living on your own. You must first apply for financial aid, you might want to fill the application online at Fafsa.edu it hink thats the page. After that u may want to apply for loans, the school that u will be attending might let u borrow money or u just may apply for it. This is a good idea because they charge you very low interest rates and you only pay them after you finish school.

Contact the college you will be attending. They may also have a list of lower cost housing.
Or special programs if you qualify
