Bed. I'd lie on the side on prone position, put the book on the floor beside the bed and then just flip the pages away as I progress. No strain on the arms, neck or eyes.

I would have to say "the throne" and sometimes sitting on the floor. When you read in the BB it helps relax you and makes life alot easier!!! LOL

most of my reading is on the throne. Fewer interuptions that way, if you can stand the smell.
