pf changs is a swanky chinese chain, there are lots of other ones that arent chains, where are you looking?

What would a swanky Chinese Restaurant have.. no fingerprints on the buffet glass? Clean silverware?? Organic grease? Truly no MSG??

I would say pf changs is probably the swankiest chinese restaurant in my area.

i don't know about swanky...but Cafe Noodle at Spring Mountain Road in Las Vegas is pretty good.

PF Changs -
Located mostly on the west coast - excellent food, service, etc.
Way above average ambiance. I highly recommend it. Always packed - reservations recommended.

there is a place in the city next to where I live. It is called Jade Garden, they have a menu for two. Very romantic.

China Grill in Miami beach..........super food, super class, little expensive. but real good high end chinese food!

Ohm in Palm Beach is Excellent!!!!!! but it is Palm Beach so bring your wallet!
