I want to make a clip art picture like a background for the whole page. how would i do that?

Or can i do that. becaause it is a clip art picture. have yall done it before? if you have how did you do it?

go to snapfiles and get one of the freeware image editors if you need to resize it after converting to jpg or bitmap.... if its small and u blow it up too large tho it will not look good.

Right click on the pic and select the option set as Background.
If set as Background is not an option you can strech the image to cove the entire page, right click and select send back that way if you have text the pic would be in the back of it.

Quite simple
1. Save the picture as .jpg or .bmp
2. Open in any of the microsoft tools
3. Set it as desktop back ground.

Right click on the picture and "Set as background"
