In other words, a set schedule or one that changes every week.

I work at all times and I would rather a set schedule so that I can make plans with friends and family. I hate not knowing what I may be doing the next day. I would like to settle down and have peace of mind knowing that my weekends are at least free.

A 9 to 5 is good because it is set and you know what you are doing every week but I think I would rather have one that changes all the time. I like the change in things. I would rather be do something different every week. You know like 9 to 5 one day and then 7 to 11 at night or 11 to 7 in the morning. But I guess if I had my pick out of it all I would like to have 11 to 7 at night. I like it the best but one that changes is better than 9 to 5. Same ole same ole gets boring.

Well, I've experienced both. I went from a fast-food restaurant with a flexible shedule to an office working 9 to 5. I definitely prefer the set schedule. I like knowing what days I have off.
