You can try Homestead, which gives you a pretty basic package to start with, then lets you add on new things as you see fit.
They have a basic package which lets you try for free, then if you like it and want to add different functions, you have to pay. If you want to register your own domain, there will be costs involved.
Please keep in mind that if you do not want to pay, you can use sites such as Myspace. Sites like this are only good for personal use, and cannot be extended much in terms of capability.
