i mean when we will go to mars to colonize it??

And we're NOT going to colonize mars before some time.

The missions bush planed are just going there, and going back with a few rocks, like the americans did with the moon in the 60s

Probably the same way we would with anything. It would be stored on the ship somewhere. Perhaps by that time we will have learned the cloning processes well enough to only need the DNA which is much easier to store than the actual ant. Once the colonists arrive on mars and get things prepared for living, it would be brought out when needed.

Actually, NASA has created a space-aged version of the ant farm.
