I am glad to see that you are responsible and willing to find a way to pay back your debt. I commend you for your attitude. Your folks have done well to teach you to be responsible. I do not know many 10 year old people that would actually consider paying back the money.
You might ask for some extra chores around the house or yard, or ask if there is something that he might need your help with. It might be good to go around the house turning off the lights that are not being used. If you get an allowance, make payments to him. For instance if you get $10 per week, give him back $5. The debt will be paid back in 6 weeks.

You are only 10 and you have no way of paying him back job wise, your father should realise this and not enforce the debt to be paid back. If you do chores around the house talk to your father about what you can do for him to concider the dept paid in full.

Talk to him about it. Maybe you can set up a list of chores or tasks to do during the day that may pay off your debt. Good luck!

Ask your dad if he'll let you work it off. If he agree's just make sure you do the job right. With my kids, if they want to work off a debt....they only get the credit if the jobs done right the first time. Good Luck.
