well it has come down to this,a fight between that french artist vs. a master manipulator.round 1 the only way i see this fight going is zidane trying to head butt materazzi.but this time mazza the manipulator like i like to call him punches back.i mean as an ex boxer i can say lowering your head is almost as bad as turning your back.anyhow mazza would keep throwing uppercuts till he knocks out that imported french fry zidane.i cant see this fight going a round or two with mazz taking home (another) crown.by the way the italians are known to have some great fighters in the culture.rocky marciano and ray boom boom mancini and tony danza and rocky balboa to name a few ha! how many ok french fighters has there been? one guy named slapsy matsy? i base my descion on those two factors.my question is would zidane last more than a round against the italian stallion?

It seemed you had it all worked out?!!! I would say Zidane, he looks physically bigger and stronger than the lankier Materazzi. Zidane if from the rough streets of Marseille and probably has quite a few fights in his time and thats before you look at his poor discipline record on the field (14 red cards in his career).

Zidane also doesn't run away from provocation or a fight which has what has got him into trouble. For all Materazzi so called hard man image - in reality yes he has the tattoos but so does Shane Lynch and he ain't no fighter, he is a rough player and dirty with it but there are many like him. He once got punched in the mouth on the pitch and didn't retaliate - which proves my point that is nothing short of a bully, provoking and picking on players for reaction who he knows will either be intimidated for the rest of the match (like Schemchoko however you spell it!) or reacte to it like Zidane (remember most of that Italy side including Lippi know Zidane's temperament well). Either way the end result is that it takes the good player out of the game.

The truth is Materazzi is not a real man, if he is hard as you think he would have got up and hit Zidane. The headbutt shocked him as he didn't expect and I accept it floored him but he was more than well enough to get up - can you imagine Roy Keane or Vinnie Jones just lying there and taking it, they would only be flat out like if they were really that injured not to get the player sent off, the pride alone would make them get up and smack Zidane.

I'm wandering what kind of question is this

Materazzi told the truth to fifa and is disqualified for the next two matches

Zidane justified saying lies.
He said that he offended his mother
Maybe he didn't know materazzi lost his at the age of 15
In fact he said that he would never offend other's mother's for that reason. in the same interview added that zidane is still his myth

Someone might learn how to behave here, since it's obvious that mate didn't deny what he said.
And of course zidane's mother was deceived by her son...
Should she be so proud?

Instead of fighting i wished they had made excuses each other(materazzi and zidane), but I've heard only materazzi's ones

I don't know why you asked this question, have some respect to boxing....did you catch a glimpse at matterasi's nose, he took one too many knocks on that ugly baby. Italy should have some class and not get some mafia hit sissy from the street to represent them. The italian scallion sure hit the floor hard.

Let's see...B1tcherazzi would probably fight dirty, you know sucker punches, kicking Zidane while he's down, making fun of his dying mother. Because he has no moral character whatsoever.

But Zidane, he has class, he'd probably just stick his hand out and rip out that ahole's heart and eat it.

So I say, the good guy wins.

I get the feeling that Materazzi would win. When the initial head butt took place, Marco didn't seem to be expecting it. Zizu caught him off guard. So that in mind, I feel Materazzi, given the opportunity would destroy Zidane.

Depends, Zidane would do well in a street fight. In the ring he would get disqualified for a cheap stunt.
