0 Relax. I am an old hand at loosing passwords and e-mail Addy's. (LOL) Here is my suggestion:
Usually your e-mail or log-on /screen name relates to something that defines You.
Eg: If you are a gardener your screen name might be gardener6 @______or iloveflowers.com. try tickling your memory to see if one of your other e-mail Addy's or screen names may be close or even the same as your Yahoo account. If all else fails, re-register with a name and password that is easily remembered by you (and for safety's sake you alone). once you have received confirmation either bookmark, save as a favorite and store all your profiles in one easily accessible folder perhaps on your desktop .

Ask people who might have received email from that account ever; they may have saved it in their files. You may have sent something from there to another of your email accounts somewhere; look it up.
Sit down, relax, and think of ten good passwords. It's likely one of the ones to come to mind is the right one for that account. Most people have a small list of passwords they use so you may think of it again the same way you thought it up the first time.
You may find something in your old cookies file.

If you go to a site that is for emails it tells you how to get your password and other forgotten items on your email account.

in case you forgot both of them, you may want to to boot get a sparkling yahoo id because you'll by no ability retrieve them. It occurred to me. next time, write down your username and password!
