Just living through it, knowing that tomorrow or maybe the day after tomorrow there'll be sunshine again.
Now, if you really feel bored inside yourself, it may not have to do with the weather. You could be bored even with sunshine.
We all have to go through moments of boredom. That is the way life is - for most people.
I would try to think of my moments of boredom as moments of introspection: looking inside myself, trying to see what is going on, what I can change, what I have to put up with, refueling my energy, revising my life plan (if I have one), daydreaming, etc...
Actually you can have a lot of fun in your boredom if you just stop to see and watch yourself.
In practical terms, some people have given you some good advice on how to spend a rainy day: And I endorse the following: reading, tidying up, sleeping. I don't think sex is a good remedy for boredom. If you are bored, it may simply leave you wanting something more.
