You know the plastic thing that stays on the gatorage bottle after opened? These kids were flipping them inside out so the spiky things were showing. They swung it at 2 people, it slipped from teir hands and fell on the ground, then i got poked. i starting bleeding a minute later. is there a chance i might have caught something?

Yes, any time the skin is broken there is a chance you may have caught something, but most instant inflamatory responses to punctures in the skin imunize any infection before harm can be done. I would just put some rubbing alcohol on it, the chances are slim to none that you'll catch something. after the rubbing alcohol, a band-aid should do the trick. Nothing to worry about.

The HIV virus is very fragile and in basic terms survives on an environmental floor for some seconds. Now the countless lines of hepatitis are yet another tale. in case you have any indicators of hepatitis, get examined.

See a Dr. as you may need a Tetanus shot, if you
haven't had one, or it's not up to date.
