I know it's the most obvious answer and it doesn't sound too fun but i had the same problem not too long ago. Crunches. If you make it a normal routine, about 30 when you wake up, or more if you have time, and 30 after every meal, then the same thing for right before you go to bed everynight for about a week, you'll start noticing your stomach will grow muscles in places you never expected. The best way to do them is not just normal, but with your hands on your head, and not up and down but up and left, up and right, up and straight, so on. You might also wanna watch what you eat untill you see your results.
