Its a complicated process inivolving neutrons and radioactive elements. From fission (splitting of atoms) there is a tremendous amount of energy and heat given off. That heat (often steam) drives a turbine which generates electricity. Getting energy from fusion has not been made practical yet since it uses a large amount of energy itself.

Heat energy derived from either fission or fusion. Next I suppose you'll wan fission and fusion explained. Too Bad!

if u use it on a good way it may be so useful! but if don use it on a good way it can be the worst power!;)
