I would say Cingular, but all markets coverage is a bit different. I would ask around with friends or family to see what kind of coverage you can expect in different areas.

Cingular also has a larger selection of phones.

But in the end it boils down to the features you need as the consumer.

Boost mobile is a prepaid only service...it doesn't matter who you get service from, it will all be pretty much the same.
