yes all that. i guess in the middle ages someone couldn't meet as many people as we do. and someone from a third world country isn't allowed to travel as much as someone from Europe, for example. nice question

I'd say all of the above except age of the universe..not sure how that plays into how many people you meet in a lifetime.

How should we know? I mean it all depends. Say you're a hermit living in the woods somewhere. You wouldn't meet many people in your lifetime. Say you're the President. You'd meet a ton of people in your lifetime. There's no answer to this question unless you care to go back to day one and start counting. Don't forget to count the dr that delivered, the nurse who cleaned you up, the lady who came in to talk to your mother about your name, etc.

are you asking about meeting like knowing their name and things about them, or just seeing people throughout the day? I did a "survey" a few years back for 10 days straight, I did my normal daily things and saw an average of 2,648 people per day. That included school, part time job, going to see a movie some nights, hanging out with friends, and going to resturants.

TRAVEL - It's just like my mom saying "you only fall in love with one person in a lifetime" - Which means that if i lived in any other state in America, I would never fall in love, 'causee she's waiting in another state! (I don't agree)
