Hi, My husband use to have that problem too until he started using a shaving lotion from a company called Arbonne. They have a men's line called NutriMenC that has the shaving lotion, cleanser and toner. You can buy just the lotion if you want. Since he has been using it he hasn't had any bumps or itching. The only thing is they only ship in the U.S. and Canada.

You need something soothing like cucumber, just cut and hold ono the skin and you will feel instant releif. Hope this helps xx
