Do you give from your heart? Do you share with ulterior motives?

I give from my heart, knowing full well that it makes me vulnerable in the process. I've developed past the point that makes ulterior motives necessary.

From my point of view if ones motives are purely for self gain, or done under duress/pressure, it is not worth the giving. Giving should only come from ones heart, otherwise a certain amount of resentment may build up. It is easier to give when it is coming from a genuine place, rather than one that is forced.Also when you give from your heart it just feels right. If you find you are being put under pressure to give from the heart, explain to the person/persons why you can't, & I am sure an understanding may be able to be arranged, because by explaining it also gives people the chance to understand why you dont want to give in the first place. And to give , only because you are forced ,well that will feel like a big fat lie anyway. The only way is to give from the heart. or dont give at all.This must be a biggy for you & you seem genuine as you are seeking a genuine answer.I hope this helped.

Sharing with others is living,learning and doing the planet earth a better place.It is a necessity to share with others from the bottom of our heart.Sharing with others give us peace,love,help and more comprehension and understanding.we can live better every single day in peace one another.

At times, I tried to share without expecting anything from others, not even a smile. I am improving on it and feel happier and happier on unconditioned sharing. It is fun.

Yes i do, and sometimes when what i say from the heart always comes back to me and crushes my soul. So please be careful on what you say to someone.
