might be some sort of allergy, or you are retaining too much water, go see a doc...can be kidney related too.

You may start taking alternately one at a time anti allergic pills each day. I think your face should improve before the fourth day, and you will experience which family anti allergic behaves better.
If there is no improvement, or you get worse go to the doctor or move to a place with no those weeds or plants

ICE!!!! Wrap an ice pack in a towel and take an anti-inflammatory for extra help with the swelling. Go to the doctor!!!

Try taking allergy medicine - like Benadryl or Sudafed. If that doesn't work, you can go to the doc and get allergy shots. They aren't painful and work wonders.

It could be from heat too. I would take some benedryl or claritin to help with the allergies,

swelling in sommer time is pretty normal, not only face but few parts of our body....but it is better to consult to your doctor so that you know what really it is before its too late but dont worry now its not really bad.

I would weare one of those masks when you are doing work outside. You really need to take medicine for that for your allergies.
