It's fine to like him, BUT NEVER ACT UPON IT !!!
That is totally taboo. You will destroy your friend and your friendship. She will hate you for the rest of your life & do anything to break you two up including getting back together with him. DON'T DO IT !!!
There are a gazillion other guys out there, focus on some things you don't like about him to get your thinking going in another direction.

Ur right u need serious help. If u like him as a friend then it's cool. If u like him for more then a friend then u need to check yourself b 4 u reck yourself & your friendship with her.
Y can't u find another guy who's off limits, he's HER b/f and u need to respect that and move to a guy u can like beside him, because once she finds out it will hurt her and she may never trust u again.
He's not the only guy y pick him to like and ruin a friendship over?

It's not wrong to like them(u can't help it) but just don't act on your feelings. It's like the guy is a forbidden fruit and you want him bad but you know it's wrong so the temptation is strong but you need to fight it b/c the fruit may not be as sweet as you think and then in the mean time you will mess up your relationship w/ your friend. So if i was you I would only look from afar and go find someone else :-)

Sorry for me its a big no no its in the unwritten rulebook of friendship that your friends exes are off limits! especially if she still likes him. If you want to lose her as a friend go for it.
i'd say the only time you would have a chance is if she magically got over him and you were really serious about the guy. But untill that fairytale comes true i'd keep schtum

O.K. at first I would say yes because it's your friends boyfriend (meaning present tense)...your loyalty lies with her during this tense. But now that it's an ex (meaning past tense) he's fair game. Go for it....just know that it could break up your friendship....do you want the guy or the girl? That is the question.

It's human nature. Before making a move decide what you value the most the possibility of trying to date him, or her friendship. True friends are irreplaceable

It happens every once in a while, thats just natural, but it is wrong to make a move on him. His is your friends guy, and its not ok to move in!

It doesn't matter if she still likes him or not...you should not be liking him to the point of considering dating him...he's off limits to you and if you date him...then you aren't really her friend. So to answer your question...yes it's wrong.
