If you have kids, next to impossible. If not, there's a couple hours in between 5 and 10 at night that you can devote to it.

A lot depends on your learning style. I found that if I attended classes regularly and paid close attention to what I was being taught, I didn't need to study a whole lot out of school. (I have my master's degree)
As far as trying to fit things in, I know it is hard. But you have to set up a time slot that is YOUR study time. See if someone else can keep an eye on the kids (or wait until they are in bed). You have to make it a priority and decide this is what you want. Once it becomes a habit, it will flow.
You may even find you need to cram on weekends. I got my teaching degree while working full time. All I can say, is you'll have to tough it out, sorry.

It can be hard. I had two jobs and went to school full time (I commuted an hour and forty five minutes to get there and an hour and forty five minutes to get back on top of all that). I also took some online classes. Sometimes you just have to get up a little early and go over your notes during an extra long breakfast (before kids get up), study during work lunch breaks, and go over flash cards during traffic lights, lol. And after kids go to bed, crack open a work book when you hop into bed and read til your eyes start to droop!

This would be a tough one. You might want to
even include your lunch hour and do some while
you eat. Or make a time slot in the evening just
to do your studies. The other thing is how bad
do you want to complete your courses? You'll
need to adjust your schedule to ensure it is a
part of your to do list. Good for you for wanting
to work and study.
