Well now, it would appear you've gotten some interesting answers, nice to see some of the self loathing f.a.g.s. answered, but in all seriousness here is what you want to know. The male G-Spot is the prostate gland which surprise surprise is located inside the rectum. Now when the prostate is stimulated either by a finger or something large (a penis perhaps) the prostate goes nuts and so do you. Simple biology, any doctor or textbook can verify this.
