OK, his earpiece (receiver) was malfunctioning and whomever was actually running the show and telling the ventriliquist's dummy what to say couldn't get through to him. So, he had to freewheel.
But why is this man still President of the United States? Where are the wise leaders?

I can't understand why the left and right seem in the USA seem unable to have an informed debate rather than automatically resorting to insults. The question, while possibly scathing regarding Bush, was asked. Can't someone give a reasoned reply. As I agree that Bush isn't your greatest orator no doubt you will consider me some sort of Liberal.
