Leggings and skater tees don't mix. It's like saying, "I'm a prep, but I want to be a skater, too." Definitely A.

Hm well it really depends on a BUCH of things!
First, are you against your school dress code to wear minis?You wouldn't want to have to take off the mini and switch it with some life-less thing in the nurse's office.
And also it depends on your style. I would guess my daughter is a prep, so she's wearing this very cute Lilly Pulitzer polo shirt with Abercrombie& Fitch jeans.
I would just reccomend something that you think would make a good impression on your teachers and friends. You should wear sometihing that fits your budget and style. I would also wear something that is very comfterable to you. Good luck!

Anyway, definately A. the skater T and jeans. You wanna look cool, but not like you're trying too hard -- which is more like what B. sounds like to me.

A, but because it sounds more comfortable.
Or C, you're own thing. You'll want something you're comfortable in, because you don't want to be conscious of a skirt riding up, or falling down, or a shirt that's gonna reveal too much. Esp. if you're in public school, you don't want to wear anything too provocative. Just find something you're comfortable in, screw trying to "fit in" or be cool. I don't get the whole "looking nice for the first day of school" after about 1st grade anyway...
