Unfortunately not. An erection is simply a build-up of blood in the penis and as the heart would stop beating the blood would stop being pumped around in that area. Also, rigor mortis doesn't set in until a while after death.
As an added bonus, when you die if you havent previously emptied your bowels etc your body expels matter from the bowels, bladder, scrotum etc, so not only would he Die Soft, but he'd be in a pretty messy state too.
Just thought you might like to know that. lol
