Dell have the best deals on the net. Download Fruity Loops and install it onto your new computer.
Remember that nearly all computers sold by the "branded" manufacturers need optimising and spy-ware removed.
Most have in excess of 200 errors in programs and the registry on delivery.

Fruity loops is a Cakewalk product and does not "come" with any computer. It is just a loopmaker and I don't think it is particularly expensive. You can go on the Cakewalk site and check it out.
I use Cakewalk, but my son uses Fruity Loops. It is more suitable for repetitious music like rap.
