When I read this question I knew some unoriginal was going to answer 42 ... (I mean ha ha ha!) Anyway, life is a separate thing for all of us so I guess that the meaning, if there is one, is up to the individual.

Seriously? I honestly believe that we are here to make a choice. Good or Evil. I realize we make choices every day and some of them are obviously either good or evil and others seem benign, but inevitably by the end the balance will be on one side or the other. I believe in God. I believe that we are given the free will to choose to believe or reject him.
