i'm gonna provide the pink Sox an A- They gained 5 of six video games and gained the two sequence, sweeping the Twins and being now in basic terms a million/2 a pastime at the back of the Yankees. Lackey pitched a one-hitter with the aid of six innings the day previously at present and Clay Buchholz continues to be undefeated, shifting into this week with a a million.seventy 8 era. Now they face a susceptible White Sox team who ought to take only 2 out of four against the now hyped up Angels previously they come again abode to play for the final 4 cases this season against the AL obligatory maximum ideal Indians. edit: i might desire to show that lester is undefeated besides with a 2.seventy two era and an entire pastime one-hitter a week and a a million/2 in the past.

I think Baltimore is the best team of this group. They improved at the Quarterback position getiing a leader and proven winner with Mcnair. They have a good defense overall but they still have a question mark at Free Safety and the Nickelback position. I think they are a playoff team.

1.Ravens are the better team this year....a good GM but Billick has to go(had a nice play book on madden though)
2.St. Louie is next because of the progression of their team a great offense will help the defensive mess the have
3.Miami...only the because of the Head Coach and the division....if they beat the pats at least 1 time their in
4.Minny because of the older OT and the LB situation...i predict this team to fall(somebody has to lose this year)9-7 only becasue of the weaker division last year..a think that maybe their playoff bound in 08- i respect the purple people eaters

St. Louis! Marc Bulger is a top five QB, Steven Jackson is a great young running back. Torry Holt and Issac Bruce have been the best for quite a few years now in terms of reciever duo's. sure their defense has some holes, but they can outscore anyone any day of the week.

ST.LOUIS RAMS ARE PROVEN WINNERS IN RECENT HISTORY.MIAMI HAS BEEN IMPROVING OVER THE LAST COUPLE YEARS AND THEY MADE SOME GOOD MOVES IN THE OFF SEASON,THE RAVENS DEFENSE HAS BEEN SO GOOD FOR SO LONG AND NOW WITH MCNAIR AT THE HELM THIS COULD BE A GOOD CLUB.AS FOR MINNISOTA THEY JUST CONTINUE TO SHOOT THEMSELVES IN THE FOOT.IVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A WASTE OF TALENT. SO IM NOT SURE IF I CAN PICK A BEST. BUT I THINK I WOULD BET ON MIAMI.YOU FORGOT TO MENTION MY TEAM,THE GREENBAY PACKERS.WE STILL HAVE FAVRE AND COMPANY AND THE DEFENSE CERTAINLY LOOKS IMPROVED.A BIT CONCERNED ABOUT THE O-LINE,BUT WITH SOME SHIFTING AROUND WHO KNOWS WHAT CAN HAPPEN.

baltimore. They have the best defense of the four and actually found a QB, thus fixing their offense.

"Best" is a relative term...Do you mean best right now? or best overall in sports history? I like the Vikings best, but I think historically the Dolphins would be best of the four teams.
