Your question said that the car is getting no spark but your description said that it is getting spark. Which is it?

The gasoline smell is suspicious. If you *are* getting spark and the car does not run, you might have lost the fuel pump or a high-pressure fuel line is leaking. A leaky fuel line is very dangerous and can cause a serious car fire, so check carefully for that.

Smelling gas is not normal, there may be a fire waiting to happen there. Better to pay to have a pro check it out. It has fuel injection and requires special tools and diagnostic equipment that you lack, unless it has an obvious fuel leak that you can see.

If it prevents a fire and physical harm to your daughter or you to have a pro check it out: the mechanic's fee is priceless.

turn the key on so the dash turns on, but dont start it.
crawl under and see if you can see gas leaking
listen for the pump to turn on right after you turn the key.
the pump may have died, you could've sprung a leak in a gas line, could be something more serious.
I'd say check for these simple things and if you get nowhere, take it to a garage.

REMOVE AIR CLEANER AT THROTTLE BODY SEE IF ITS GETTING FUEL WHEN KEY IS CYCLED IF IT IS I WOULD LOOK AT THE TIMING BELT IT MAY HAVE BROKEN OR STRIPPED IT WOULD STILL GET SPARK JUST NOT AT THE RIGHT TIME. PLUS IT MAY HAVE A FUEL LEAK I WOULD CHECK FOR THAT . LOOK UNDER CAR FOR FUEL DRIPPING DO NOT CRANK THE ENGINE DO THIS ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE DETERMINED THERE IS NO GAS LEAK

Change the ignition control module. Located on the side of the distributor. Hope that helps.
