They are free for everyone but the products are like all other media productions protected by copyrights, So the actors, producers, technicians are protected for non fraudulency with these actions. This is of course a bad thing since Porn does not help improve the morals.

There's no "love" in porn. Just mutual masturbation.
As for the porn industry's being protected by copyright laws, why should it be an exception. If you want "free porn" there's plenty of it on the Net - or you could write it yourself.

Because copyright protects all artistic expression: written, photographs, stories, songs, etc.

So, while the subject matter may not be subject to copyright protection, any particular picture or story is. Just like anyone can take a picture of the Golden Gate bridge or the St. Louis arches. But once that picture is taken and developed, copyright in it belongs to the photographer.

They produce content just like anyone else, so they get the same protections as everyone else.

Porn producers have to include a statement proving that no one under 18 years of age was used in a sexually explicit scene.

Copyright is copyright and Porn is porn. They are both a good thing. Protecting and satisfyings peoples interests.

All legal material enjoys the benefit of coypright protection upon publication. Love doesn't come into it.

they dont want people to copy the deep complicated plots with there origional climaxes.that would be a real crime.
