my dream with the devil?

Question

I had this dream where I was having a water race on a river with like rafts and god was guiding me along the river and holding my hand but then he let go and so the devil took my hand and led me to the finish line and I came in first place and then someone went to hell and they wern't supposed to go there so I had to go to hell to get them out and when I got there the devil was nice to me and was like if its too hot here you can put on the air conditioning and theres some board games if u get bored and when I woke up I liked the devil more than I liked god. so if someone could please tell me what this dream means.

Satan shines like angel of light as said in the Bible.

In this case, you subconscious mind thinks that devil is the good guy. There may be some things you can't do as Christian (I assume) You dream of devil being the good helper means that deep down you are unwilling to fight back the sins you have. So you projected a nice, helpful devil in your dream to tell you that it is okay to do things your way.

Basically, it is dream of guilt conscience and you are trying to get away from something

You need to get a more well-rounded life. Keep your high morals and go out looking in the real world to develop yourself. Ask God for guidance and for inspiration, but do not "use" God to try to control other people. Let your actions and your good works be an inspiration to others, and deal with those who have gone astray with compassion and patience.

this is really something that you should decide on yourself, but here's my two cents.God will guide you until he believes you're ready to go and learn on your own.He wants you to learn on your own because you'll feel better about about doing something yourself without need help all the way and you should thank him for it(he gives you freewill) .The devil,will do whatever it takes to help you win, but he'll take your soul and make every choice for you, leaving you without any freewill.

I don't know everything about religion.This is based on what i do know about it and biased towards god because i love him and know he'll always be watching where i go and lend a hand when he thinks the obstacle is too big to overcome by myself

This is going to seem a weird answer, but no one on this website can actually answer your question without injecting their own view of life into it. So they will slant an answer based on their experience of life not yours.ie they can not give you the answer you are looking for.

I think it was the devil playin with ure mind. The devil probably thinks if he can make u think that it is cool in hell, then ull want to go there. But u dont want to go there, so stick to heaven. [e-mail] if u want to reply

You can change your dreams into something different if you like.Only you can interpret your own dreams, according to author Robert Moss.
