Call 211 which will take you to hhs and they will give you a full list of agencies that can help.

Among them, Hill Country Ministries (in Leander), St. Vincent de Paul, the Salvation Army are just 3 that can help somewhat with bills.

211 will also help you determine if you are eligible for any emergency cash or food stamps from the state or Feds.
