shops (respectable shops) will not even w/ parental consent pierce anyones nipples or genitals under the age of 18 as it can be seen as assault on a minor. try a different piercing

ow! i would say 18 because then she is an adult and you don't have to sign for her. so you had nothing to do with it! also i think many places won't let you get a piercing like that until you are 18.

well if she isnt 16 she will need parental permission... i got mine done when i was 16, my mate got hers at 15... so i guess its kinda up to you and your daughters ideas of what is acceptable... dont listen to societies opinions... just make sure you go to a damn good piercing studio and DONT b afraid to ask questions... because if they are a good piercist it will b their life and they will happily talk to you about aftercare ect...
