I tell you what!!!! If I didn't have bills to pay and huge responsibilities, I would call in as often as possible. But unfortunately, life isn't fair so I must. If you have the luxuary to take off (and the vacation time), I say do it and relax the whole day!!!!

I feel like that everyday, but my conscious tells me to go to work.
However, every once in awhile you just need to relax and take an extra day off. So go for it and take a day off, just don't make a habit of it.

Slap on the kneepads & helmet, and go in.. There will be times in the future when you seriously won't feel well, and you don't wanna burn your off days before then, and cause a problem when you HAVE to be out. Besides, being seen as Ms. reliable pays off in spades...
