No, if she's really heterosexual she'll never become a lesbian because we're born with our sexual orientation and we cannot change it. So even if her lesbian friends would try to change her and convince her that it's better with women, that would never work. The most they could do is to make her bi-curious.
Just make sure she's not a repressed lesbian/bisexual.

Many women have some policy/promise/whathaveyou with her friends- be they women or men- that they will never abandon those friends for a significant other. Don't try to make her stop being friends with them. It'll kill your relationship right there.
A straight girl being friends with lesbians is no more going to make her 'become one of them' any more than you would become gay if you happened to have a gay man in your group of friends. Sorry honey, it just doesn't work that way. If she's a lesbian (or bisexual) she'll discover it sooner or later. Chances are, if she doesn't have a past of dating women, and doesn't have a crush on any women, she's not. If she does happen to turn out to be gay, it's not your fault. It's not her fault, either. And it isn't her friends' faults. Contrary to Ellen's stand-up act, we do not recieve prizes for converting people to homosexuality. ;)
What you should do: be confident in yourself as her significant other! Love her and show her how much you love her. Women like being shown how much they're loved. Your doubt of her love for you (and your insecurity in thinking she could possibly leave you for another woman) probably hurts her, too. Now, sweetie, go buy her flowers or something, and make or buy her dinner.

Just because someone has gay or lesbian friends does not mean that they are, or will become a lesbian or become gay.
Once you hit your teens you are pretty much sure on what your sexual orientation is. Just because you are around a lesbian alot, doesn't mean that they are going to make you one.
Let it go, she will be fine. What is there to be afraid of?

It doesn't mean that she will become gay if she has alot of friends who are gay.
You don't choose to be gay, you just are. I had an uncle that was gay so i knew from the age of 5 what it was.
I have gay friends as well, but i'm straight. I've never had any inclination to be gay.
If she's gay, she's gay. Haning around them won't make her that way, only if she already is and doens't know it yet.

This may be a personal preference for her. She may feel that her friends are not a threat to her because they choose to be with the same sex. So now she has no worries about the trying to take you. Females are very insecure about things like that.
