Peyton Manning or larry Johnson would be a solid pick. But being a rookie if you go to http://thesportingnews.com and join the free fantasy football then you can see how the stats look from last year for each position .You can print this off and use it as a cheat sheet for this year.

Wow caddy obviously doesnt know wat hes talkin bout. Sure Tomlinson is a good and safe pick BUT. U should take LJ or Shaun(i would wit LJ) simply because they have more upside than Tomlinson. Chargers O wont have Tomlinson scoring 25+ tds. 2nd Gates in da fifth round dont make me laugh he wont pass the third. If hes there in the third take him. Hes basically a probowl wr that gives u those stats at a bad fantasy position. And third plz do not take a kicker in da 6th round that IS THE MOST STUPID THING I HAVE EVER HEARD. U can literally get a good kicker in da last rd of the draft no sense wastin ur 6th rder.
In general go rb first and build ur rb and wr depth through the first 6 rds(those positions get hurt most so depth is importin in them)and get a good qb capable of 20+ tds in the 7th(like Bledsoe,Warner, or Plummer)

First pick take Larry Johnson. You cant go wrong with Sean Alexander or LAdainian Tomlinson but LJ is my guy. Youll have back to back picks at the end of rd 2 and start of rd 3, so you take one RB and one QB or WR in those two picks.

ALWAYS. ALWAYS, ALWAYS take a RB first, I would take a RB with my second pick too if I were you. Take a QB for your 3rd, there's always good QB's left at that point but the good RB's, the ones that get you a ton of points, will be gone.
Good Luck

Everyone has good suggestions. Larry Johnson is supposedly going to be huge this year, but Id stick with Tomillson, he is a touchdown machine and gets good recieving yards. Also, they have Antiono gates (another good pick maybe second/third round) that is a threat on Offense, which takes the pressure off of LT. KC doesnt have that anymore with Tony GOnzolez aging. Go with LT, a safer pick.

Take top RB with 1st pick .
With 2nd take top WR or P. Manning
Might consider taking top WR or P. Manning in 1st round if picking late in round and then go for RB in 2nd.

ok first off dont listin to the bull bout larry johnson he's a good back but not good enuff for number 1 take tomlinson hes a major point scorer i had the first pick 5 times this year and i took him every 1
in the second round see what running backs are there again if like rudi johnson, lamont jordan or a big guy like that is there take him if not look for a reciver in mine wen i had first pic k larry fitzgarld and randy moss and chad johnson was there so take a good look there also a sleeper for reciver is javon walker dont take him till later tho
the 3rd round is quarterback time seeing as usaully only peyton manning and tom brady go in teh first and second round u have a good amount of choices like eli manning, daunte culpepper i noe hes injured but come on look at his wepons on offense then theres marc bulger, mike vick , drew bledsoe.
4th is second reciver time look for a good number 2 like reggie wayne, javon walker, plaxico buress, chris chambers whos due for a brake out year .
5th tight end look for antonio gates, alge crumpler ,jeremey shockey as starters and for second string pick either mercaedes lewis , ben troupe or chris cooley
6th kickers neil rackers is the best there then adam vinitari hes got the colts offense with him then id think john kasey.
7th deffense carolina , bears , jaguars and some sleepers are ATLANTA FALCONS there the most underrated deffense this year they have the best front 4 and amazing linebackers and amazing secondary watch out for them
and thats what ur basic draft should contain if u follow this ull end up in top 3 guarnette
ok lugi u stupid tool what would take u dum azz just take back ups ur so stupid kickers score alot of points u moron i swear go back to your soccer stupid wop, also LARRY JOHNSON DO YOU LOOK AT THE OFFSEASON OR WHAT he has 1 good frigin line men Tomlinson never ever had a good o line and he has missed 1 game his hole intire nfl carrer he is unreal he is the michael jordan of the nfl your stupid i read all ur anwsers u noe nothing just noobs dont noe anything so they listin to you your an idiot and noe nothing about football WATCH SOCCER

RB's are the most important picks in the draft. I suggest you pick LJ, LT, or Shaun Alexander
