Is that "old wives tale" still around? It was around in the 1950's when I was growing up but I would think we were a little more enlightened by now. The simple answer is NO! I have been jacking off since I was 12 and I'm 65 now. My eyesight is 20/20 (corrected) and I'm not crazy either (no comments on that last part please!) No side effects at all to masturbation! ENJOY!

Yes I have a couple of friends who goes blind because they masturbate too often. I even lose some vision, so that's why I stop.

For thousands of years, people have equated masturbation with sin, not understanding that it was a natural human drive. To prevent this supposed sin, people used guilt. When that didn't work, they used a tactic that sounded medical to give it more credibility.

No. That's an old wives tale, meant to scare you from doing it. More than scare you, it's to fill you with guilt and keep you under control, because you're going to do it anyway, at least until you vision gets a little blurry, right?
