i would like ot know if anyone has had trouble with there throw out bearing and removing the throw out arm.

Are you asking how to remove the throw out bearing? That is a pull type clutch and t/o bearing.There is a allen socket plug next to the starter,you remove that plug and put a (6x1.00 ?)bolt in about 4 turns and then pull out and the shaft the t/o bearing rides on comes out.Then just pull up on clutch fork a little and remove trans.

i have an 04 subaru wrx sti n when it was stock it hit 110 in 4th. its a 6 speed stick. i have added over 15000 to it. it goes 0-60 in 3.4 sec n runs the 1/4 mile in 11.3 sec @ 123 mph. heres what i have added to it:

I think that is a very common problem on the wrx's. It seems like everyone who owns one has or had that problem at some point.

I have a coworker who had this problem on his 03. It was covered under the warranty.
