I must have deleted something or changed something? The bottom part of the screen, the Start icon and the task bar are back in that old grey look. Andy the Tool bar on the top of the screen is the same way. I would like to get the blue screen back on the bottom and the XP tool bar on top back. Thanks...

right click on the desktop(anywhere where no icons are present)....click properties on the menu that appears. ...Click the appearance tab...Where it says windows and buttons select windows XP style in the drop down menu...click apply and u are all done.

Right-click on the taskbar and go into Properties
Select the Start Menu tab
Change between the Classic and the XP look
