She could just be teasing you or having fun. If you say someone is sexy that doesnt automatically make you a lesbian, come on now. Use some judgement in this case.
You should just ask her. Seriously. Instead of spculating you should just go right up to her, and say, "Maid, you hang around me a lot and tend to call me sexy. Are you a lesbian?"
That would give you an accurate answer. Also, if you are underage and this maid isnt, you should tell your parents. It doesnt matter whether she is a lesbian or not. If you arent 18 you dont need some pervy maid lady perving all over you.

Is English her first language? Maybe she doesn't intend to mean what you think she is saying.
If you truly have a maid (paid household help), then the manner in which you are being spoken to sounds a bit out of line - perhaps because English is not a first language (?). Tell her it makes you uncomfortable to be talked to like that. What is the worst thing that she can/will do?
What she is saying does not necessarily mean anything about her sexual orientation. Even if she was a lesbian, so what? I am willing to bet that she wouldn't be the only one you knew.

I have several comments for this girl.
1. You have a maid? Spuh?
2. What is a 'lezbian'? Some sort of space alien come to take the women and precious metals?
3. A girl who calls another girl sexy, however, might be a lesbian. Try (Drum roll please) asking her. Or running around topless. That would get you an answer fast.

maybe. but i dont kno whats wrong wit that, cuz lots of girls call other girls sexy. i was called "sexy", "hoochie", and "sweetie" by a few friends of mine and they're girls, but not lesbians or bisexuals. so, either she is a lesbian or she jus calling you that for no reason at all

Maybe she just likes you in a platonic way, and likes to flirt, maybe she is and has feelings for you ask her in a joking manner if she really is if she likes you I doubt she will be offended
