I've been researching exactly the same thing. I've found 3 devices:

First, a product called "Music Party" which you can find here:
http://sewelldirect.com/Music-Party-UZ1000-USB-to-Audio-Player.asp
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16855116002

The other products are for cars:

The "Anydrive Car MP3 USB FM Transmitter" - you can find this online if you search/

The 3rd is this:
i-Rocks MP3 FM Transmitter IR-1110
You can find that here:

I'm still looking for something that is a portable unit. It's amazing to me that the people trying to answer this question don't even understand the question or give stupid answers like "use a computer."

I think i've seen one or two about, but as it's a bit of a heath robinson idea and doesn't sell well, it's likely more expensive than you just getting an MP3 flash player (the stick type with a built in USB plug) of the same capacity and using it as a flash drive as well.

Don't get a shuffle, they're a serious rip-off in comparison.

You may need to install the driver for the device. I have a creative mp3 player too that i used to save pictures/data etc, most computers recognize my device even w/o the software installed. In creative mp3 you just plug it to usb port and it turns on in its own. but some like my mp4 player, when you plug it , you need to turn on the device for the computer to read it. when your pc recognized it and it will show in your my computer drive (F:/ drive for example) go to msdos type format f:/ and it would reformat the drive. You dont need to do anything with the device, like taking some parts of it out. It is a storage device that you can store anything up like pictures/word/notepad/program etc. by simply copy & paste.
