I think it's kinda fun, just to lose yourself in the magic of it. But in a way it's kinda cruel to the kid, cause they gotta find out sometime and then it's like the parent lied to their kid...plus the idea of having some old geezer watching you when you're awake and asleep and then going into your house in the middle of the night? And having some fairy go into your bedroom while you're asleep and stealing your teeth? When you think about it, it is kinda creepy. But the magic of it, especially with young kids is a lot of fun.

santa and tooth fairy are OK for kids.
the other, adult oriented urban legends and conspiracy theories are counterproductive, promote ignorance and contribute to the dumbing down of society.
